Selection of pre-selected applications is made in 3 phases :
A first interview prepared with specific tools to determine the personality of the applicant and select those who will continue on to the second phase.
Administer a battery of psychological test based on the desired candidate profile in order to examine in depth the personality elements relevant to the position to fill.
A second interview built from data collected in the two previous phases.
The tests are exclusively administered by a professional possessing a postgraduate degree in psychology. A report is offered to all the applicants who sit for the tests.
At the end of the three phases, you are presented with the applications that come closest to meeting the criteria determined at the beginning of the mission. It is then your responsibility to choose from amongst these candidates. Of course we are at your service to assist you in your decision making process.
