Recruitment consulting

Entrusting us with a recruiting mission is a good management decision. You will obtain results in at least the following four fields: reliability, financial profitability, time saving and company image.

To guarantee efficient results, we implement the technical and human means essential for the success of the mission.

Definition of the relevant role and profile

The first meeting aims at defining the position to fill in connection with the general organisation of the service and company. This definition of the position helps determine the responsibilities of the future associate, including principal duties and necessary qualities to succeed (education, abilities, skills and experience).

With rare exception, this initial meeting takes place on your premises. This allow us to better understand the workplace environment.

Research of applications

We now help define the most acceptable applicant research methods according to the position to fill (direct approach, e-mail, press releases, Internet).

Once the methods have been chosen, we create the ads.

Pre-selection : sorting and processing

The advertised job opportunities generate numerous responses, more or less close to the desired criteria. We read and classify each letter and résumé according to a pre-selection grid defined at the beginning of the mission. Each application is rated typically using 4 to 6 criteria. This permits a global and statistical view of the responses to your advertisements.

For each rejected application, at any stage of evaluation, a personalised letter of refusal is sent out. Thus, in spite of the rejection, unsuccessful applicants feel respected and maintain a positive image of your company.

Selection : tools and methods

Selection of pre-selected applications is made in 3 phases :

 A first interview prepared with specific tools to determine the personality of the applicant and select those who will continue on to the second phase.

 Administer a battery of psychological test based on the desired candidate profile in order to examine in depth the personality elements relevant to the position to fill.

 A second interview built from data collected in the two previous phases.

The tests are exclusively administered by a professional possessing a postgraduate degree in psychology. A report is offered to all the applicants who sit for the tests.

At the end of the three phases, you are presented with the applications that come closest to meeting the criteria determined at the beginning of the mission. It is then your responsibility to choose from amongst these candidates. Of course we are at your service to assist you in your decision making process.
