As part of a Quality System developed according to ISO 9002 standards, Annatom intends to provide its clients with " Quality development support services ". For this reason, the company implements appropriate means to support the assignment lifecycle of its associates (consultants) at the client site, including constant care for preventing incidents that can happen at any time during the assignment, from inception to final assessment.

Since 1997, Annatom has asked its clients to fill out a satisfaction survey of its services. The Telecom Valley association judges such results according to very severe criteria. It awarded its prestigious "CLIPSAT label", to Annatom in 1997, 1998 and 1999.
